Animation
Animation is the process of creating the illusion of motion by displaying a series of individual frames or images in rapid succession. This technique can involve either traditional hand-drawn or painted artwork, computer-generated imagery (CGI), or stop-motion photography. Animation is widely used in film, television, video games, and online media to tell stories, convey messages, and entertain audiences. The fundamental principle of animation relies on the visual phenomenon known as persistence of vision, where the human eye perceives continuous movement when a series of still images are shown quickly one after the other. Various styles and techniques exist within animation, including 2D and 3D animation, claymation, and rotoscoping, among others. The medium allows for artistic expression and creativity, enabling creators to bring characters, worlds, and ideas to life in dynamic ways.
